Blatantly and unapologetically attempted to scam me out of thousands of dollars when I applied for an apartment. Here's the screenshots of my conversation with him. I was willing to overlook quite a lot of red flags out of desperation, but fortunately I didn't fall for this.
I had a week left on my lease and was in the process of moving. They started going into my house!! I came home and there were multiple people going in and out when I tried talking to them they completely ignored me, I had to stay there until my new apartment was ready. Which was unsettling and creepy. There was no communication throughtout the year I lived there and no notice of coming over or entering the home. They are strange people and do not care about laws or their tenants
Watch out and don't rent! Horrible communication. Horrible management. Theyll pocket your security deposit just by not repaonding to your notification of moving out. If you show up to the office and try to talk to someone, they just watch from the camera and hide in their house. Guard your money and realize that every rental property management company on this island will do everything to pocket that security deposit.
Save your time and frustration, just forget they exist. If you have to pay a few more dollars to rent through someone else do it.
