I’ve lived at Cascade Park for 16 months now and while there have been some kinks that needed working out in a 1920’s building, I can say with all a surety, the management, Bethany, stayed on it until it was resolved. Happy resident!!
Do not move here if you value knowing you’ll be treated with dignity should you ever become disabled. I submitted a reasonable accommodation request over three weeks ago after my health changed suddenly and I became disabled. I requested either a transfer to an available accessible first-floor unit or to be released from my lease so I could move into accessible housing. I lived at the Cascade Park Apartments for the past 3 years and can confirm that it is a lovely place to live. The downtown location is fantastic, right next to the Colorado College campus and the Monument Valley Trail Loop, leading to the charming Old North End neighborhood filled with historic homes. Step outside and you’ll likely be met with sunshine, beautiful landscaping, cute dogs, and fellow walkers/runners. Awesome place to.live
I've lived at Cascade Park for about 3 months and I absolutely love it! Such charming and unique units, my apartment has such character. Easy access to the highway and I love the location. I walk through Old North End and downtown all the time. Bethany has been great since my first tour and through my time as a resident!
