Have not lived in the complex yet but my work with Kelsey in getting my new place has been absolutely stellar. Kind, easy to work with, and incredibly helpful. Will update after move in but so far an excellent experience

Overall, it's been nice for the few months I've been here. I had to put in a work order for some items, but the maintenance team responds quickly to address potential problems. It's a little old, but it's quiet, comfy, and affordable.
I would proudly recommend the Cascade Park Apartments to anyone. With it's unique style, location, and not to mention the wonderful management, it is a wonderful place to live. Kelsey, the current office manager is extremely helpful! When it comes to any issues you may have she stops what she is doing and provides her full attention to help find a solution immediately. Kelsey is an absolute asset to this organization making everything from transferring our lease to a new unit a seamless and pain free process. She, along with our maintenance team led by Matt, help make maintenance issues a top priority and completely stress free. I love the sense of community here, too.
