I lived at the Cascade Park Apartments for the past 3 years and can confirm that it is a lovely place to live. The downtown location is fantastic, right next to the Colorado College campus and the Monument Valley Trail Loop, leading to the charming Old North End neighborhood filled with historic homes. Step outside and you’ll likely be met with sunshine, beautiful landscaping, cute dogs, and fellow walkers/runners. Awesome place to.live
I've lived at Cascade Park for about 3 months and I absolutely love it! Such charming and unique units, my apartment has such character. Easy access to the highway and I love the location. I walk through Old North End and downtown all the time. Bethany has been great since my first tour and through my time as a resident!
STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Property manager and maintenance will enter your apartment without you being present or willing to wait till you can come home under the guise of an emergency “looking for a leaks” if you value your privacy from management this isn’t the place for you Additional comments - I would like to applaud the owner of the building for trying to fix this situation.
