Somehow I was scheduled at this location instead of the Campcreek location I always schedule my appointments before 1pm, I drive 22 mins to get here on time, and they told me my appointments was at 2pm. Knowing I would never agree to that as my baby gets outta school at 3:30pm. The nurses and other staff were nice and accommodating tho.
No one ever answers the phone, my visit information still isn’t put into the system 3 weeks after.. I’m on a 35 minute wait as I write this smh.. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to patients
I love the facility, it is clean and my Dr. is very good.
