Best Christmas Eve day ever!!! Wondering why we had never done this before!
Some older age people at the service desk are way too serious and stressed out about a little things. They think that they are running some kind of big crazy operation like small Cascade Hill. Maybe their reality should be checked. I have been at many far out west resorts where things are much more complicated and much caotic then this place and people are much more friendlier. I even got yelled about touching a chair lift on front of me.
Great resort in the IL-WI area, very warm and polite staff. Especially I would like to thank Anita, who was very kind and help in a very sensitive issue - to find and return back my GoPro (which keeps a priceless memories:))
Price was reasonable, $15/adult. It was very fun, they let us ride all together, like 3 times, there were 5 of us, but it got to the point that they only let us ride 2 at a time because big groups come down way faster and the ended up crushing with the group that was still down there before us, the guy that was in charge was phenomenal, he jumped in front of the other group to avoid a big impact, no one was injured. But other that that was super fun. I highly recommend this place.
