Absolutely will not do business here again!! I will take my business to either Midstate in Redmond or Mt. Hood Polaris in Boring. The employees they have in there are all about making a sale and not interested in customer satisfaction or service at all. We were sold an accessory for our Rzr that does not work on or machine(after we were told it would). The salesman told me when I went to return it that I should have told him our machine has a soft top and not a hard top( my husband did) as this would cause a difference. How ... read more

Two bad experiences with them and won't be giving them a chance for a 3rd. Several years back we bought a used 6x6 Ranger UTV. Paid extra to "make sure everything is working" and then got stuck on our first camping trip with it - wouldn't even climb up a slight hill. Now last week they agreed to match Ramsey Waite's price on a new Polaris Ranger 570 side by side. After wasting time trying to make the deal happen they tried to add $300 set up and delivery to it. We stand behind all the products we sell, new or used, but I don't see that you told us there was a problem with the unit. This place sucks and is the worst Polaris dealer you could ask for please do business with Mt hood Polaris in boring Oregon thank you , cascade has no loyalty to the snowmobile enthusiasts at all
