we just spent $1000 and our quad and it still doesn't work. They did a full diagnostic but apparently did not make sure our battery was working properly? They did charge us 7.7 hours of labor for a total of $680 in labor but could not let us know that battery couldn't hold a charge? I'm so frustrated with this company. We will not be bringing anything back here. I am now wondering if all the other things they did was needed. Not a happy customer!

Bought a new 2018 KTM 300xc from Mackenzie. Very easy to deal with and absolutely zero pressure. Knowledgeable about both models I was looking at and very helpful answering questions.
I went in there to buy tie rod ends and they sold me shifter linkage ends. Not even close to what I ordered and they would not refund me so now I’m out 200$. She told me to sell them on Craig’s list. Wtf!!! Seriously. The bitch that helped me didn’t even know the difference apparently. Or even know how too run the computer. So please don’t buy anything from them they will rip you off.

On at least four occasions during our conversation I offered to give you my business card in order for you to call me with your vin number so I could make sure the correct parts were ordered since you don't know what year your sportsman is. I also told you on those four occasions that we have no return privileges on special order parts and that you would have to keep them if they were not the correct parts. Great customer service! I live in Eugene and needed some panniers for a last min 4 day motorcycle campong trip. They had 1 set for me and not only did they hold them for me but they took the time to help me rekey them as i was struggling with that process and my riding buddies were waiting. They got it done and I was able to go on my 4 day motorcycle camping trip. Awsome experience and team!!
