Highly recommend this property Having lived on the property for a few years, I would like to compliment the rental office for their professionalism, as well as going well above and beyond their responsibilities for assisting with tenant issues and maintenance issues. As well, any minor maintenance issues that occurred were immediately resolved. The property is very clean, well maintained, and quiet.
Awesome The place is really quit, clean, friendly neighbors, and safe. We like it, the management is freindy and helpful if your new to the area. good prices and nice apartments.
Wonderful place to live! I've lived at Cascade Meadows for a little over a year and couldn't be more thrilled with the complex. The exteriors and interiors are equally beautiful and well-maintained and the pool area is incredible. I live in a top floor, end unit, so I almost never hear any noise from my neighbors. I have always felt very safe and secure here even as a single girl living by myself and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend living at Cascade Meadows!
Cascade Meadows Apartments is great Great place have lived here for 2 years. I am very happy with everything here. Things are clean and if broken they are fixed fast. Very quite place.
BEWARE!!! i agree with the comment that NA wrote. its true!!! i have live there before it was under new management and it was fine. until the new management of the apartment increase the rent. we decide to move because it was too much. when we moved out, they didnt even do a move out walk through and on top of that didnt even give us back our deposit back. the owners are from CANADA!!!. Great place for families! We've been in the complex for 8 months now, my son and his family had been here for a year before that and are still here. I find the office staff personable and non-invasive, the maintnence very good. We had an issue with a major appliance which was repaired within 48 hours of filling out a notice in the office. There have been occasions where neighbors have been loud late at night but the office staff once notified do take steps to control the situations in a satisfactory manor. This is a great place It is clean, well designed and safe with a diverse community of retired couples, families with children, young professionals and more. Many of the residents have dogs and so my "baby" feels at home. Love all the cool ammenities making it is easy to get outdoors. The Fitness Center rivals many gyms and is never overcrowded. We love everything about our place!
Renter Beware!! For a year we thought these were the best apartments in the area. But after dealing with management lies, we will not recommend them to anyone! The problem with this apartment complex is they don't return your deposit. We love it! I love it! Just moved in with my boyfriend, and we both love it. We have met so many nice people! People always seem to be out doing stuff and fun stuff always on. The staff has been nothing put nice and friendly. I am surprised by these reviews. When we first moved in our neighbor had a dog that bark a lot but the apartment staff has talked to him and we haven't had a problem since. I am constantly trying to get my friends to move in the complex because I love it so much!
