Cascade Maids did a phenomenal job on my house. They were professional and prompt and everything was done with care. Would definitely recommend them.

Friendly staff and a polished website, but the service and billing were unacceptable. We paid up front for 3.5–4 hours of cleaning. The cleaners were only on site for about 2 hours, and the work completed was minimal. When we raised the issue and requested a refund for the missing 1.5–2 hours, the company refused. They also declined to provide a re-clean, citing a two-day policy that was never clearly communicated. We were charged for time that was not worked. I would not use this service again.

I have been needing to have my whole house deeply cleaned for a while as it was too much and too overwhelming for me to handle myself. I wanted to support a local business and turned to Cascade Maids hoping they could get this house under control. I had my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom Everett home deep-cleaned by Dayanara and I'm not exaggerating when I say it has literally never been cleaner. Everything was dusted, wiped down, swept and mopped. I've never used a cleaning service before. The landlords of the place we rented really nit picked the work but Cascade maids satisfaction guarantee is no joke. I was impressed with the first clean and even more impressed with the "absolutely right away" attitude when our landlords said they weren't happy with the cleaning. We were so grateful for this service as we were exhausted moving already.
