Front desk was very nice however this place lied saying my insurance wanted more information and they didn't even contact them to begin with. I felt something off the next day and called my insurance to ask what was needed and come to find out there was no call no nothing from Cascade. I was shown the exit and the after appointment summary is full of lies. Would not recommend this place to anyone who is in pain
I saw Dr. Iyengar on Oct. 9th for sciatic pain. After looking at my MRI report Dr. Iyengar gave me an injection and I felt better by that evening. Dr. Iyengar treated me with respect and compassion. After several weeks I returned for a follow up and possible second injection. I appreciated the fact that when Dr.Iyengar found that I had no pain he opted to not give the second injection. He could have given me a second injection but instead took a more conservative approach and didn't press for the additional injection. I high... read more
Relief is almost immediate. The staff is great and the Dr. is one of the best!

I have seen Dr. Iyengar for several years and the lumbar injections have been life changing. I no longer use a cane, and I can go about my daily routine with ease. His offices are immaculate and he and the staff are friendly and caring.
