I just had Casacade HVAC repalce my home furnace. I called on a Thursday and by the following Tuesday they were onsite and had it repalced. The installers were very efficient, professional and did an amazing job cleaning up. I would not have even known they were there. I would highly recommend using Cascade HVAC, in fact I have already referred a co-worker to them. Service and product are top notch.
We noticed our hot water tank had stopped working and called Cascade HVAC Ltd. Cascade was able to send someone to look at it the same day we contacted them. AJ was efficient, professional and took the time to troubleshoot the issue even though we realized our hot water tank was over 10 years old and understood the probable need of a new one. I called for an issue with my hot water heater. The technician MIKE was home in 30 minutes and he fixed the issue very quickly. It’s the second time I call them and they are GREAT!!!!
