I am glad to be out. I had nothing but problems with maintenance cleanliness and the apt itself. My apt had a breeze coming through it from the horrible windows. Dryer has to be ran more then 3 times to dry. Electric was more then 180 because of this. No parking ever trash all over. Pool was never actually open. When I did call for issues it still took months. If it was actually fixed. Carpet ripped in many places and got so bad my roommate was locked in her bathroom because of the carpet pulling up. I feel like the price could have been lower for the 2bed I spent a year in, but this is a pretty nice complex. Of four different complexes I’ve lived in since college, this was one of the only ones that didn’t completely suck. Clean, generally friendly staff and responsive maintenance, good amenities, beautiful location.
The management at Cascade Falls Apartments is amazing. Yesterday after work, I walked around to the front office to ask if anyone had jumper cables to try and jump my car. Unfortunately, no one did. 15 minutes later I hear a knock on my door. It's one of the building managers that took the time to go home and find theirs. He spent well over 20 minutes helping me jump my car so I could get it to the dealership. Thank so much, you have NO idea how grateful I am.
If you want a cheap place that has walls & a roof over your head than this is the place for you. If you value customer service & a standard of living this place is horrible. Cabinets aren’t even put together correctly, the walls haven’t been painted over, no one from the office returns your phone calls nor rarely answers. The pool is either never open or they have an excuse why it is closed. alot of apartments have or has had severe mold problems,not very good on doing maintence requests,substandard playground equipment just not worth the price for these apartments lived here for 10 years moved last month
