First visit here was three months ago. The ophthalmologist barely explained anything and scribbled instructions on a business card. Problem came back three months later. Saw a different doctor who was rude and gave absolutely no client education or discharge instructions. I paid cash and did not get an itemized invoice. My pain was not addressed. ...have been going to Cascade Eye and Skin for over 11 Years now. i go to their office every year for Melanoma Screening since 2008
Do not see PA Allison Prium. She rushes in and out and spends no time with you. She rushed so much she left a 2 inch strip of sutures in my back. My basil cell surgery spot looks TERRIBLE!! I complained to the office manager and was told it was normal, and brushed me off. This is not quality health care.
Waiting almost 2hrs to see the doctor is seriously not ok.
