The owner Blake Jonas is a hard worker. He is willing to cover shifts for employees when they are out sick, he bends over backwards to make sure everyone has what they need to do their job successfully. The company has a family feel that makes you feel welcome and home.

It is awesome working for a company that you see the owner and bosses out in the field with you. I enjoy working for them and it is nice having a boss you know you can go to if something comes up. The company does great work for their clients and makes sure that they are happy and their needs are met. I highly recommend Cascade as an employer and for security services.

I have been working for cascade enforcement for about 6 years now and have enjoyed my job. The owners of the company are hard working people and they expect there employees to be hard working people too. But isn't that what life is all about work hard and play hard.
I was just hired today. If I was asked to rate just the new hire process I would give it 5 stars. They got me in for an interview, and issued me some very nice uniforms. Then Mark stayed over just to make sure I could complete my orientation, arranging for another, equally nice supervisor, to finish the process. Everyone I met was friendly and professional.
