Cassandra, PA was professional and compassionate. She kindly answered all of my question and made me feel at ease from the get go. It was a good experience and I won’t dread my next appointment.
That was the most efficient Dr visit ever. The online portal for a first visit was difficult to log in... But I succeeded the night before. The office check in was quick and efficient, I was called back on time and had the initial screening, and waited only a few minutes for the Dr. The exam was unhurried and thorough, and all my questions were answered patiently. Same general experience on my subsequent annual exam.
I was able to get in quickly and received the treatment needed.
