I would say cascade cut is a wonderful place to work. A lot to learn and grow. A new management turning the company around and created a good working environment. I have been working their almost 4 months and it is a pleasant experience. No pressure at work and there is a lot of support. you work wherever department you want. They teach you each and everything without tirelessly.

I worked there for a few momths and the environment there is extremely unprofessional. They constantly spray the wrong insecticides on food grade plants putting peoples health at risk. They do not clean the greenhouses and now there's mold, rot and algae growing on them and getting into the soil. There's no organization going on and things constantly were missing or worse and it made it impossible to do a good job every time making the lower workers look bad. Quality plants – Topiaries take much care and time to produce for sale. The retailer can easily increase the price. I am a rosemary nut and my last topiary was seventeen years old, potted,three feet high and 18 inches in diameter. I have great hopes for my new little one as I use the leaves for cooking.
