Dont get into the units above the garages, unless you get a discount. The floor rattles everytime the garage door opens and closes. Parking is very limited. Only one parking permit per unit. If you have two cars plan to pay extra for a space in the garage other wise you need to ask for a temp. parking permit. There has been time when management were not issuing temp. permits and we have to park our car at the park and ride.
