Loved the looks and the feel of the place the staff is amazing. I loved how they knew the residence by name!
Need more employee supervision nights and weekends
Poor communication. Lack of follow through in submitting invoices to my MILs long term care insurance provider.. so we can’t get reimbursed for her care
The family is very pleased with cascade and the stff
Staff are so friendly and helpful. My sister-in-law seems so content and satisfied.She really likes the food. She is so happy compared to being at home. I am so grateful for the wonderful care.
