We had a long list of questions and were very pleased with our tour and conversation. Our concerns were addressed completely, considerately, intelligently, and directly. We were convinced that this is the place for us. My 30 year career involved management of a number of congregate care facilities. My wife taught for that long , some years as a university teacher of student teachers. And we have explored a number of long term care places for ourselves. We were a bit surprised and so pleased with how this program compares.

We had a wonderful experience to learn of Cascade Creek Memory Care and what they have to offer to our mother with severe dementia. We were definitely impressed and would feel comfortable in placing our mother in their loving and respectful care.

I was impressed with the technology and the thought that went into designing the rooms and the safety of the occupants. Overall , it is one of the best places that I have visited.

We are thrilled with the facility and the amazing care my MIL is getting. The staff are top notch! Our only challenges have been with the accounting department, which I understand to be part of their corporate office (not staff at the actual facility).
