Awful. Leased unit 219 from Eli Vered, which was managed by Lisa Alexander Grace & Grit, Emerald Property Management. The place had major water leaks, not once BUT on 2 separate occasions. It took nearly a month to even do a site visit and even more time to resolve. Mold grew in the walls, there was water damage in multiplelocations throughoutthe unit. The walls were bubbling. Rented an Airbnb from there. Had my truck broken into while parked INSIDE the "secure" parking garage. Be wary if you plan to visit or live.
I am so surprised that the only reviews here are 5 stars, because that is definitely not my experience. To start at the beginning, the building was ready 6 months after it was supposed to be and they kept telling us it would be ready the next month, so I was practically homeless for 6 months as I didn't want to sign a lease and possibly have to move soon after.
