I have back, neck, and shoulder pain. When I am out of alignment it can be debilitating and as an active person I really struggle with having to stay in bed due to intense immobilizing pain. Last year I was so far out of alignment I couldn't move my neck or back. My spine would seize with pain if I made any slight movement.
