Terrible customer service. 3-4 employees behind counter on a non busy Sunday morning. Only had about 10-15 minutes until the next tour began and no one could be bothered to help us purchase tickets. There was one family in front of us purchasing rocks... we missed the tour and left. I'm sure the caves are wonderful, but I'll go back to Natural Bridge Caverns..
I didn't even know there was a cave in Boerne, Texas. This was an awesome cave. I'm sure there are bigger cave out there but still it's pretty cool to check out. The gift shop there is pretty cool as well.
We just went and had an amazing time! The cave is fascinating with interesting things to look at everywhere. Our tour guide was funny and very well informed. We are definitely coming again! One of the top 5 best things to do in the San Antonio area for sure!

We had a wonderful tour with Collin, he was very informative. The tour was great and the 67 degree caverns were a terrific diversion from the 96 degree weather. The camp grounds were peaceful and we will definitely come back!
