Only had bad experiences with customers service and it's never their fault for not delivering always your fault for them having new drivers
Molly iis a saint! I seem to always call at the last minute when I'm running out of water but this time there was a whole new twist on things. My hot water heater to my residence had been leaking so my landlord shut my water off. And it may be off for the next three days! At that time, I realized I was out of bottled water. I called the office and Molly promised me that she would get at least one 5 gal jug delivered sometime after 5:30 pm. I'm a truck driver and had a large delivery. I was a whole day early but they were cool with it. I talked with Manuel and he's a great dude. There's no docks but they guide you through the back of the shop where you just park and they unload you by hand. They have a forklift and a hard working team that got the stuff off my truck fast. This is a great place to deliver!!
This company has a complete monopoly of the bottled/filtered water market in the Farmington area, and DAMN, it shows. In being aware of this, I would tend to believe that customer service/ satisfaction would still be priority #1 even if you have no competition. But not these guys. Nope. If you are extremely lucky, they will show up to deliver and exchange bottles once a month (even after multiple polite calls for service).
