This body shop did an excellent job making repairs on my 2012 CTS coupe. Thank you so much, if I ever need your service again I will come back here.
I needed service on my car because my breaks were not working correctly. So, I called this business and not only did they take care of my right away, they were to let me know if there is other problems with the car as well.
I brought in my 2012 Cadillac SRX for oil, filter, tire rotation and overall check. I was told it would be an hour, but they had the task completed in 40 minutes. Rod Hensley was friendly and most helpful in keeping me informed. I am totally satisfied and will definitely be back in the future.

Brought in my 2013 Cadillac SRX for the first warranty oil change. No issues with that which was done to my satisfaction. It would have been a nice gesture to see that the car was washed or a token given for a car wash. To me, this was not Cadillac service.
We wanted more power with the V6. We previously owned a 2011 Chevy Equinox 4 cylincer and then realized we couldn't tow anything. When the three year anniversary rolled around my husband and I decided to upgrade to the 2014 Traverse. Best decision ever. Love it!
