This is my favorite gym i've been a member of. Totally friendly, helpful staff, totally unpretentious, great classes, salt-water pool, never too crowded or too empty. Plenty of great machines and free weights that are always kept in good working order, and even a heavy punching bag. Sauna, steam room and hot tub, and large, clean locker room with ample showers. I recommend CAC without reservation.

I never have to wait for cardio or weight machines because they have so many (yet it doesn't feel cramped). Staff is great! I like the salt pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. They have a lot of classes to offer including Tai Chi!
Things I love about CAC 205: People are super friendly and make us feel welcome. The saltwater pool is perfect for lap swimmers. My husband has found the group classes have pushed him a good way to excel. And we both, especially me with a new knee, can do the spin class. We've belonged to a number of gyms before deciding that Cascade is a good fit for both of us.
The best gym I've ever experienced. Family friends, awesome staff, great classes.
