I I moved into my apartment October 1, 2024. Three pages of move-in checklist issues. But the biggest, the utility closet where the HVAC unit is. It was locked. When I asked the Maintenance to check the filter because it smelled mildew. He told me the apartment manager said he changed it himself before the move-in. I asked the apartment manager about this and he said that he didn’t. And that maintenance was lying.
