The manager Eva, was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Not a very good person to have as leadership. The agents were much nicer and much more professional. Thanks so much to David and Ingrid welcoming us with open arms and making our application process run smoothly!
Located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of fun things to do in the area. Decently priced for where it is located. There is a pest problem that was inherited from the previous owners, who severely mismanaged the place. However, management is doing their best to resolve it and have been very helpful and accommodating towards every issue I've brought up with them.
These apartments are in the register which means they have numerous code violations. If you currently live here and have violations I highly recommend you call 3-1-1 and file a complaint with code enforcement Nobody should have to live like this Don’t be fooled by the pictures. We rented site unseen . Retrieved keys March 3rd with today March 26th and nothing has been resolved. We had to call code enforcement, contact local news stations. Violations. The management is very unorganized and inattentive. When I moved in they didn’t have my unit cleaned until 6pm after saying I could move in at noon, causing me to delay my movers. They didn’t even know how to get the keys ready and couldn’t get me a key until nearly 8pm. They didn’t provide me with the correct price for the lease term and contract until the day I moved in, so I had to extend my lease to get the rate I was quoted initially. Great price for this zip code and its central, accessible location. No parking issues. Fairly quiet and the grounds are well kept. Valerie in the office is very nice and will follow up with you. My dog loves her as she always has treats for him. The maintenance technicians Christian and Mark are fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. I only have had to submit a work order once (HVAC issues) and they fixed it within the hour.
