RecommendedStarting my third year here in a new unit (upgraded from a 1/1 to a 2/2) and couldn’t love it more! Management is great, the building is new and gorgeous, and the price is a steal for Rochester. Planning on staying here for a few more years at least.
I lived at Cascade apartments in both a studio for one year and a two bedroom for another year, and I loved calling it my home! Lisa (property manager) was always kind and very responsive to any email or message I passed her way, she is awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to Rochester! It may seem a bit pricier than other complexes in town but the underground parking, nice tenants, clean property and free coffee make it all worth it. :)
Wonderful spacious apartment. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Quiet. Pet Friendly. Great staff.
