I honestly can't say enough great things about the Cascade vets, staff and boarding crew. My Dakotah is a German shepherd and I think his wonderful personality can be partially credited to the care he's received at Cascade. Recently, they helped me "adopt" a stray cat and gave me great advice. From the smiles and welcoming atmosphere to the medical staff, it's an all-around fantastic environment. They tell my dog "I love you" when they see him!!! These people know animals -- it shows in everything they do.
Our little Poodle Mandi has been going to Cascade almost 15 years. Since we first brought her home. I could not imagine taking her anywhere else. Dr. Evelyn Richer is the best, she always had Mandi's best interest first. Never any un-necessary treatments. The staff always carried Mandi, they didn't demand a leash. She was always Princess Mandi. On Monday February 1, 2016 we had to say "good-bye" to Mandi. The staff and Dr. Richer were wonderful, caring and handled the situation very professional. Currently at Dr. Karen Overall's seminar, learning about low stress handling in veterinary practice. It is making me think about your amazing care with my "Golden boy," Rusty. The individual care, patience, and the positive feedback that you generously gave him, not only made him a confident client, but a dog that LOVED going to the vet. Very over priced and awful service. They tell you one thing and then charge you like crazy. Had me buy over priced medicine for my puppy that was not even needed. So disappointed
The entire staff...Doctor Richer...all the girls....are beyond STELLAR. They take EXCELLENT care of your pet...and of the human too!!!! Highly HIGHLY recommend them. An update as of 11/27/2015.....all the wonderful staff remembers my baby....Spaz, aka Tornado. Every time I bring him in, he is treated with such love and care. There is no other Veterinary Clinic to even consider, Cascade is it.
