I severely pulled my hamstring six weeks prior to a major snow boarding competition in blank, CA. I spent 3 weeks at a major sports medicine facility and my condition was absolutely no better. After my hip was adjusted at Cascade 205 Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy that was out of place and broke up the trigger point throughout my hamstrings I was near 100% and took 3rd place in the competition.
I can't say enough good things about the people at this Cascade 205 Orthopedic clinic. I went to them for 3 months with bad, bad, bad heel spurs/plantar fascitis/Achilles tendonitis. The entire staff was great.All in all, the staff was professional, friendly, positive, informative and gave me great tips on how to stretch my ... off to get this agonizing heel pain to go away.Now if I would only DO the exercises they prescribed, I would be all set.
