The absolute disrespect for people in a mental health crisis is appalling. My family member needed feminine products and was ignored. She asked for ibuprofen for cramps and was ignored. They "misplaced" her personal items. The 5+ hour wait for admission wasn't ideal, but I am understanding of that.They treat people there like animals, not human beings. For the love of God, DO NOT send your loved ones here. This place needs to be shut down.
My mother was out here and you can’t even talk with people at this place to get any information this place is. Garbage.
One star is being way to generous. Out of roughly 20 phone calls to check the status of our relative I was able to get someone to answer the phone twice. This was on the local line and the toll free line. Would get into the hold message twice before getting a message during the second hold stating "due to technical difficulties we were unable to complete your call" and it would simply hang up.
