I love this restaurant, it is my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in Memphis. The service is excellent and the food is perfect, and I love my experience every single time I go. If you're not eating at Casbah you're not eating Mediterranean!
The food and atmosphere are both wonderful. I alternate between the couscous platter and the shawerma platter, but everything on the menu is great. Baba ganoush as an appetizer, tabouli salad...and their own take on sweet tea is great, hot or cold..brewed with sage, ginger, mint and honey.
The service is always good. The tea is the best around, and the food is exotic and delicious. I love this restaurant, and my family counts it among our favorite places to share a meal.
Great food, great service....always a wonderful dining experience. Grab the tiramisu when it's available...it's the best.
