I was Dr Bills patient for many years! I was extremely sad to hear he left his Red Bluff Clinic. He's an excellent doctor,an man! He's very polite and very knowledgeable! He's easy to talk to,and you won't suffer under his care.. He cares about all his patient's. I recently was told that I'm now in kidney failure,an my back flanks are always hurting,an burning.
