Love Dr Casas. Our boys have been going there for over 10 years, and not once have we ever had the slightest issue. She & her staff are very professional, and have helped protect the health of our boys teeth. Completely opposite experience from some of those "one time visitors" listed below.

My kids just went in today for their X-rays and cleanings – My kids who are 4 and 5 went in today for their cleanups and X-Rays. I don't know why people are giving this doctor bad reviews, the whole office was AMAZING and Dr. Casas answered ALL my questions. Dr. Casas also checked on the kids once the cleaning was done by her staff and made sure it was done right. She went in and revised the work. Also, they allowed me to be in the same room with my children which a lot of dentist usually don't want. The staff expected me to... read more

Get a SECOND OPINION I am so disappointed in the morale of this dentist. When I took my 3 yr old, I was horrified that when she diagnosed him with 9 cavities, saying he had a condition called "soft teeth". Recommending they put him under IV sedation, they wanted to pull several teeth, insert spacers, and drill & cap the rest. All together we were looking at $2,100 worth of work (thats WITH insurance) I was overwhelmed, disappointed in myself as a parent, and SCARED. I decided to obtain a 2nd opinion and thank God. The diagno... read more

Horrible Dentist your kids will loose their teeth – Dr. Casas has been seeing my daughter for 10 I was happy with her services but her referrals were always to doctors who do not take insurance which bothered me because there are plenty if doctors in houston that take insurance. I thought then that she was getting kick backs which is illegal. Last 2 visits my daughter was complaining of tooth pain but Casas said she was fine no cavities. I just took her to a real dentist and she has 6 cavities and has to have a root canal. D... read more

Traumatized BAD Experience – I took my toddler son to visit Dr. Casas and all seemed fun at first. The waiting room had games and was kid friendly but behind the doors was a bad experience. I took my son for a toddler check up to make sure all was fine but the staff and Doctor insisted he needed a fluoride treatment and I was uncomfortable with the procedure. The nurse the forced/held my son down in the chair and the held his head down and poured this fluoride in his mouth. He was screaming/crying and then vomited from the f... read more

Totally Rude! – They refused service to my son and my granddaughter after already being patients there! My son has been going to Dr. Casas for 11 years. I am now raising my granddaughter who is on medicaid, and they accepted her as a new patient 2 years ago. When I tried to make an appointment with them just now, they informed me that we would have to find a new dentist because it has been more than 6 months since our last appointment (it's been 10 months). I am so livid right now. It's not easy for kids to get comfortable w... read more

No complaints! I have two children who have seen Dr. Casas as receommended by the pedi...we have never had any problems. The office staff is friendly and the appointments are timely. Younger children are provided with early appts. and the later appts. are 'reserved' for school aged children to minimize their school absences. No complaints here!

Pediatric Dentist We went to Dr. Casas because another Dr. recommended as one of our kids was extremely sensitive to the dentist. She has been wonderful. Also got one of our boys in right away when he chipped his tooth.
