I have booked my summer rental property in Santa Fe the last two years with Casas. Nicholas Soto, my contact, has been extremely responsive and helpful in all matters. I would highly recommend him and Casas for any rental needs.

Have used Casas De Santa Fe for six years. Over those years we may have had two problems, appliances, air conditioning etc. On those occasions, we've called Casas and they've been there within the hour to fix the problem. We rented a clean, well appointed house this summer from Casas. The best summer we've had in Santa Fe. We appreciated the attention we got from the Casas associate, Nicholas Soto. I am a Professional tour guide and have experience in foreign countries as well as in the United States. Karmela and Nick helped us find a casa for our first extended visit to Santa Fe in August 2022. They also found casitas for our tour group. Their customer service was awesome. Jere O. Myers here. I have been making reservations for September 2023, Yes, over one year away. My contact/agent has been "Karmela Romero" and "OH MY GOSH" what a GREAT contact/agent she has been. Many emails and telephone calls with tons of information from Karmela, and it all has been done very professionally and with great speed. Recently stayed at Atomic Vistas managed by Casas de Santa Fe. Great experience and plan to return. Karmela Romero with Casas was superb.
