new management is horrible. residents have started leaving signs around the complex asking for maintenance. don’t move here. can’t wait until my lease is up.
The first year I moved in to this apartment complex was great. The upkeep of the grounds were amazing. The pools were maintained very clean but lately since the new owners took over it has been one headache after another. i’ve noticed the grounds have not been kept up. The pools are dirty continuously I live in the back where the pool and Jacuzzi’s at I’ve put in numerous request for the pool to be cleaned out. I get back a response where it had been completed. TJ MAXX receiving area next door is SO LOUD! Banging noises wake me up EVERYDAY! Around 5am! Make them stop! PLEASE!!! It's their Republic Garbage trucks coming at those hours and their staff dumping and slamming the garbage bin around. They shouldn't be allowed to make that much noise next to a residential community that is sleeping less than 250 ft away. File Noise Complaint this is against Noise Ordinances! Please Do Something! Or do I have to?!
