It has been working good for a while, but recently the whole quality of management has been deteriorated a lot. They don't have any on-site manager even though web page says they have! They don't answer the phone, so make sure you reach out the company directly. For fixing, it will take a lot more time than you expect. This place, although a bit under the weather, so to speak, (I mean, I understand it's been around for some time,) anyway, it's a wonderful place to live! The building, unit, & premises: where I currently lease a single studio apartment #503 are well maintained, the building is under, in my words, good refurbishment at the present time, also the plumbing/sewage, security and leasing management *staff, et al included, are so great!! I highly recommend the property as a temporarily single, lessee (through next year, at least.)
