They installed a new furnace on August 18th with a 1 year warranty. They’ve been back three times fixing their mistakes. It’s still not right and we’ve been chasing them for 2 months to get them back to fix it. It’s a stall tactic. They’re waiting for the warranty to expire. If you want quality craftsmanship and reliable service CALL SOMEONE ELSE.
Called to see if I could request a quote for some work on my main drain. I mentioned my husband attempted to snake it without any luck l. Also, mentioned that TJ Plumbing had come out and had attempted to snake as well. Also, that TJ's had in addition used the drain camera and determined my main drain trap needed replacing. They take care of their customers, they have taken care of me for almost 3 years. Once, when I was late due to forgetting about the bill, they were forgiving and just asked for the cost when I showed up months later. It wasn’t that I was avoiding the bill, I just forgot and a bill wasn’t sent. I had one slight issue where I wasn’t scheduled in because they were booked out for weeks and forgot to pencil me in. I called and scheduled an appointment last week for today. I was supposed to be the 2nd call of the morning. I called Casale shortly before noon to see how much longer it would be. I’m 99% positive the lady I spoke to must be on something. She kept saying it was Wednesday (it’s Friday) and they don’t work on Saturday (again, it’s Friday).
