0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality It was an extremely poor experience, beginning with the referral from Mini of Fairfield. I was unable to get my phone calls returned to set up an estimate and had to drive to Casale to get someone’s attention. Then nobody followed up with an estimate and I had to get the insurance company to intervene so I could get the estimate process moving. The manager always had one excuse after another for why the estimate was not worked on or phone calls and e-mails not returned. ... read more
