The only issue we had was that the new bumper that was replaced, there was a long scratch in the newly painted bumper under the clear coat. And the driver side window deflector was also cracked at their shop. We had to go back for the second time to repair the bumper complete. And a third time for the window deflector. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Peter was great.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the repair time would be approximately 1 week and it was. My car looks great. Peter was extremely helpful going over the paperwork and next steps.
