The price was fairly precise and the guy removed the wet drywall efficiently in little under two hours and made sure there was no more moisture issue before departing. This was far faster than identical task we had done somewhere last year.
A pipe had burst and water had seeped down into the basement. The restoration people came out quite fast and had the water removed in approximately 2 hours. They also put up drying equipment and came back the next day to confirm that everything was proceeding as planned.
This firm came in after a previous contractor left us with soggy carpets and vague promises and spent two entire hours collecting water and putting up equipment to make sure everything was dry the next morning. They were plain forward in their approach and you knew what was happening at each stage, which was a nice difference.
Professional, dependable, and efficient service. They handled our water damage emergency with care and delivered excellent results.
