Finding a home you going to live forever is not easy. With all the requirements and step by step procedure if you cannot follow you will end up not finding the right one you wanted. I say this because before we have a real state agent it takes 6 months with his service we lost $$$ and time for viewing the house that FHA loan not approved. I am glad I found Casablanca Realty Inc.
