Fantastic – This hotel is perfect. The staff was informative and caring. The wine and cheese at the end of the day was relaxing. The breakfasts were simple but filling. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The location of the hotel was central and within walking distance of everything. I'd go back to this hotel in a New York minute.
A blessing – We reserved a room at another hotel and left because of how bad it was. We stumbled upon the Casablanca and it was a blessing. Beautiful hotel wonderful staff. Will never stay anywhere else when in New York City. Walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Center, Central Park. The staff helped us plan our outings told us which subway to use and where the best places to go were.
What a fabulous hotel!! – I come to New York often and usually stay at the Sheraton, but I decided to try something else this time. I wanted a small unique boutique hotel in a good location. The Casablanca was perfect. This intimate luxury hotel offered my family and I an enjoyable stay. They made us feel as if it was a home away from home with extroardinary service. An oasis of serenity in NYC! – My friends and family took several rooms at this exquisite and charming hotel and everyone felt so at home and personally cared for. The complimentary wine and cheese reception was a great way to start the weekend festivities. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and we all relaxed in Ricks Cafe as is we were in our own living room and gobbled up the cookies and capucinos they had set out for all the guests. Don't play it again, Sam – I stayed at the Casablanca in the summer. I typically love intimate, boutique hotels. And it is a surprising little hotel right in Times Square. But the standard rooms are small, as well as the bathrooms. It was uncomfortable for a couple, but a single traveler may get by.
