Awful. First you have to provide three different dates of the trip you choose, all 30 days apart and at least 90 days out. Then they say approx. 45-75 days before travel they will contact you. This was not the case. We waited and waited then a young lady called and we picked out dates that was "close" to one of the 3 sets mentioned earlier. This all started in October. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and COMPLETE SCAMMERS. They deserve the lowest rating possible. This company promises you one thing then finds every excuse they can to change the details of your trip. BETH and JULIO, should both be fired based on their customer service (or lack thereof) If you have my money, YOU LISTEN TO ME! PERIOD.
