I went to Casablanca to have my extensions colour-matched and cut for volume, and instead left with damaged, mismatched extensions and an unprecedented level of unprofessionalism. Cassidy made me fall in love with my hair again. She did a BEAUTIFUL balayage and haircut; my curls are very textured, and she knew exactly how to care for them. After the balayage, my hair didn’t feel dry or lifeless at all; on the contrary, it felt soft, healthy, and easy to manage. And the haircut, absolutely stunning!
