Maintaince issues in my apartment have been a sore spot from the dishwasher to the heating and A/C because I have had problems with both the A/C and the heat on separate occassions and now there is an electrial problem with the seiling fan/light in my bedroom which they appear to be unable to fix. It is a nice location but too many appliance issues have gone wrong.
Having lived in a few other apartment complexes I can say that my experience at Casa Tierra has been the best so far. The staff are friendly. I love the area and how great it is for running, walking, bicycling or walking my dog. There are a lot of great places to eat and hang out at nearby which I love. I can get anywhere in the city pretty quickly with how close it is to some major roads and the interstate. I really do enjoy it here.
