Good food great customer service would highly recommend
Was seated with my 7 other compatriots. 18 minutes later we received a greeting and ordered our water, but before my comrades received their water (20 minutes after being seated) I found it faster to wait a few minutes at the bar for a whiskey. Service was non existent, when we spoke to the manager about the issues she brushed us off because she had work to do . Waitress took our order then disappeared for 40 minutes to get a cold meal . I ordered taquitos , it barley had enough guacamole for one taquito. So I ordered a side only to realize they tasted cold and nasty . The rice tasted like it old and rewarmed. Wouldn’t NOT recommend!
One word...AWFUL!!! 😤 Service was super slow...my 84 year old mother would do a better job. Having to ask for everything little thing from salsa, drink refills, place settings is just ridiculous!!! Food was mediocre at best...burnt hamburger & small taco’s! UGH!!! 😠😡🤬
1 pm and probably a dozen people..Waited to be seated, waited for drink orders, waited for food order, waited for food to be served. When my plate was delivered, I asked for a go box when she sat the plate in front of me. My lunch hour was over and I had to take it with me. I had to get my go box from the counter. Sad.
My husband and I live in Las Vegas and we will drive to Laughlin just for their food! Chile rellenos are my favorite?
Such good food and great servers! I will be going there every time I go to laughlin !
