RecommendedIf I could give more than 5 stars I would. What a pretty place to live! Real well maintained green as can be grass and flowers everywhere. Absolutely beautiful and great location for living. Residents are so pleasant welcoming and introduce themselves unlike the last place I lived. There were some hiccups with paperwork, timing of our tour and move in time during a crazy time with the staff. They still were very quick to reply and assist. I'm a new resident and just want to say how much I love living here! While I had a list of apartments to look at, Casa Santa Fe was second on my list to visit that day...I went into the office and was greeted by Farrah who was friendly and eager to show me around. I have only lived here a little over a month, but absolutely love it here. I looked at about 30 different options in the area, but ended up here because the place has a peaceful and cozy vibe and I just felt at home right away. The common areas are well cared for, the noise level from surrounding neighbors is only barely noticeable at times, and the other people living here all friendly and mellow. This place the past 2 years has been great to live at!!!! It’s safe and the staff has been wonderful! Every time We’ve had an issue in the apartment Juan and his maintenance crew have been right on top of it!!! Great work guys!!!
The construction has been an interruption to my daily life but I do like how things are starting to look. When I had a problem with my air conditioning, they got someone out to fix it quickly. Nikky in the office has been very helpful and the young construction worker is super friendly.
