It has been so difficult getting in communication with Caroline, the executive director, and I have been trying to set up a meeting with her for the past week. So much for "caring about the community."

We moved my mom into the memory unit six months ago just after it went from Morningstar to Ivy Park. It was rough on and off, not because of staff, who are amazing, but because of lack of staff and other reasons. The previous director was removed and Joseph came in. He's been working hard on getting things sorted out and making sure everything is running well. Ivy Park Hayward is a lovely community with a beautiful, upscale atmosphere that feels welcoming and inviting from the moment you walk in.
