We moved my mom into the memory unit six months ago just after it went from Morningstar to Ivy Park. It was rough on and off, not because of staff, who are amazing, but because of lack of staff and other reasons. The previous director was removed and Joseph came in. He's been working hard on getting things sorted out and making sure everything is running well. Ivy Park Hayward is a lovely community with a beautiful, upscale atmosphere that feels welcoming and inviting from the moment you walk in. First, we should start at the top. Joseph Villanueva is the Executive Director. He has only been here for a short time and already has made some great changes in security. He is a great addition to our house. He actually cares about the residents that live here. He is the difference we want to see. Second, is the Concierge team at the front desk.
