I’ve lived here for 3 years and find it wonderful!!!! It is so friendly… both residents and staff. They provide 3 meals a day and the chef is fabulous. If you have any questions the concierge at the front desk can help you solve them. The Comcast tv channels and WIFI are free!!!! We also have a wonderful maintenance staff that can fix anything. Rent also includes housekeeping with linen change once a week I love it.
Ivy park in hayward is a very nice place for memory care they take great care of my dad who will be 90 in May. Janina head med tech is very good with my father .Joseph head director Robbie, henreitta also directors are realy helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. Ricky an staff at the front desk are very kind an helpful. My wife and I both live at Ivy Prk, Hayward CA and in the same memory care apartment. She has the full memory care, meals, activities, hygiene. And the care is splendid. I live independently, providing my own care and am free (and encouraged) to take advantage of all that Ivy Park and the community have to offer and it's a lot. Ivy Park encourages and enables us both, each to live up to our own potential, sometimes together, sometimes separately.
My wife and I have lived at Ivy Part at Hayward for about two and a half years now after selling our house. My wife is experiencing dementia so this was a smart move to get her assistance. We live together in a nice apartment and are afforded excellent care given by the friendly staff. We enjoy the many activities Ivy affords as well as the tasty meal selections in the dining room.
