We moved my mom into the memory unit six months ago just after it went from Morningstar to Ivy Park. It was rough on and off, not because of staff, who are amazing, but because of lack of staff and other reasons. The previous director was removed and Joseph came in. He's been working hard on getting things sorted out and making sure everything is running well. I have had a wonderful experience working with Ivy Park at Hayward. The leadership and team demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and strong collaboration. Henryetta has been exceptional to work with she is supportive, responsive, and truly dedicated to quality care for residents. I brought my mother and aunt for a celebration at Ivy Park. Our experience was pleasant and enjoyable. The building is beautiful, warm and welcoming. While we were making our way to our seats in the dining room, it was nice to see residents enjoying an activity near the fire place. The meal was delicious and the wait staff were attentive and polite. My aunt will be needing care in the future and was so impressed that she asked if she could have a tour. Great community!

Ivy Park at Hayward is a beautiful community in a perfect location. The environment feels warm, welcoming, and well cared for. I’ve been especially impressed with Michelle Stashyn, the Marketing Director — her professionalism and dedication truly stand out. Met Joseph Villanueva, Executive Director, recently to learn more about the facility. While waiting for him I had the opportunity to observe the staff at work and look around a bit. I am a big believer in customer service and I have a high bar for rating but I have to admit that I was VERY impressed with the attention the staff was paying to the residents (without knowing they were being watched).
