Great food! I have been going to Casa Romero since it opened and it never fails! It is the absolute best mexican food that you can find anywhere. However, the owners are rude and the servers would rather be talking amongst themselves rather than see if you need a refill... but the food will have you at hello!
I ate there once the food was great and if I still lived in Alton I would eat there
I love this place. I am a regular customer. The top shelf margarita is worth every penny and the best seafood nachos ever. Service is excellent, reasonably priced and authentic food. Cannot beat it.

Our family loves this restaurant. My husband goes there at least once a week with his business friends. The food is fanastic and the staff is wonderful. Love thier drinks also. I recommend thier fajiats. Delicious.
Great food, at a great price. They have great service there as well. Before you know it you'll be a part of the family. It's a great place to have a drink and watch the ball game or sit down with family for a nice dinner. I'm there at least once a week.
2nd to none in the bi-state area! – I consider myself a mexican food connoisseur and Casa Ramero in East Alton is a MUST EAT establishment. Although the best mexican food I have ever had is at Santos in Houston, TX I can honestly say that Casa Ramero is right up there with the best in the country and certainly THE best in the St. Louis area (fantastic service as well).

what a place – not only get food but get service i felt very relaxed and somewhere i would go back to all the time. They also have smooth margaritas
