Casa Rico delivered one of the most satisfying breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. The huevos rancheros were excellent — balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every component felt intentional, from the tortillas to the salsa, and it all came together in that comforting, “this is how it’s supposed to taste” way. And the coffee?
