called to ask about a property and the lady to who answered the phone just said "No".
Run from this place. They took our deposit and the land was not even theirs to sell! They won't give the money back . Claiming they have others . But I don't trust them anymore. The lady is super rude !!!! She hangs up on us when we call . Like u have our 5000.00 !!!! Jorge won't answer no calls or emails . Kinda point less that he gave them to us even though he don't return none It's been o Close to a year
Don’t by land from them ! They will take ur money and not answer ur phone call . And send you to a lawyer who won’t even call u back or even answer questions .
If you care about your neighbors, don't sell to these people. I have a property behind theirs, they've locked me out and damaged my building. Spoke to Jorge multiple times, and he doesn't care. Going on 6 months and now having to take legal action against him. Thinks he can bully country people because he has a real estate license. See you in court Jorge Guandique!
